Functional rooms and small spaces

Medium Rooms are ideal for larger groups to meet and build relationships through regular face-to-face business conversations.

The space is designed for 7-12 participants. Conference rooms generally require reservations to ensure availability.

The increased size of the conference room includes a requirement for dual-screen configurations that allow you to view video participants on one screen while sharing a presentation on the other.

Larger rooms may also require more microphones in addition to high-definition cameras with optical zoom.
