Microsoft began the year with some new and exciting features for Microsoft Teams to help organizers create impactful presentations, providing meeting participants with more dynamic experiences to keep them engaged.

Dynamic view intelligently arranges the content and participants during the meeting for a better viewing experience. Additionally, the participant gallery automatically adjusts when the meeting window is resized.

The new Presenter mode allows you to customize how the content and video stream are displayed to the audience. Our first mode, Standout, shows the speaker's video stream in front of the shared content.

Next, the Reporter mode will show the content as a visual aid over the speaker's shoulder, just like in a news segment. And, finally, the Side-by-Side mode will display the presenter's video stream alongside their content as they present.

Educators will have the ability to disable video for students, either for individual students or for the entire class. This will help protect synchronous classes from unwanted interruptions and help keep students focused.

Only the meeting organizer has access to the Attendance Report, which will cover entry and exit times, email addresses, and class duration, making it easier for educators to track student attendance and participation.
