Supervielle enhances its digital signage with LG ConnectedCare and the expertise of Newtech Group

In a context where proactive technology management and maintenance is key to ensuring operational continuity, Supervielle took a strategic step: implementing LG ConnectedCare, the remote monitoring platform for its network of digital signage. The deployment and adoption of this solution was supported from start to finish by the team at Newtech Group.

The project’s main goal was to optimize the control, monitoring, and maintenance of the LG displays installed in different bank locations, enabling real-time status tracking, alarm configuration, and the generation of reports for decision-making.

Training and Technology Adoption

At Newtech, the approach was not only technical but also focused on knowledge transfer. Multiple training sessions were held for Supervielle’s support team so that they could independently manage the entire signage ecosystem.

During the sessions, participants learned to:

• Register displays in the LG ConnectedCare platform.

• Set up alarms and dashboards for proactive monitoring.

• Organize devices by groups and locations.

• Generate reports and performance metrics.

• Perform remote control actions on the displays.

  

Organized and Standardized Deployment

The work relied on a detailed technical procedure that included everything from the physical setup of the 43” LG displays (models 43UH5F, 43SM5KE, and 43SM5KD) to proper network connection and installation of the monitoring application. Once registered in the cloud, the displays were assigned to their corresponding site and group, with their personalized configuration.

A Step Toward Smart Signage Management

Thanks to this implementation, Supervielle now has a tool that reduces response times, prevents incidents, and centralizes the management of its display network, enhancing the experience for both internal teams and customers.
