What does Newtech mean to me? - By Susana Alvarez Vitale

Newtech is my second family, the place where I can dream the unthinkable and have the possibility of doing so thanks to a team with great human quality, with whom we help each other to improve every day, driving us to be disruptive, innovate, overcome obstacles and even encourage us to do things that we did not think were achievable, but together we achieve them.

From the beginning I thought of Newtech around communications, listening, connections, innovation, transformation, but above all, for allowing ourselves to be amazed by the new, listening to the challenges that our clients have, not only to provide them with a solution, but to develop it.

I firmly believe that the engine is our desire to learn, unlearn and relearn. Our goal is to transform the future of work, taking on new risks to promote solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

During these 35 years in the industry and 20 With Newtech, if there is something that I highlight, it is that among our team we strengthen each other, our values ​​guide us towards a common purpose, motivate us to achieve the proposed challenges with dedication and generating long-term experiences of excellence.
