A leader with a digital focus will be able to foresee the future of her company, industry, clients and the ecosystem as a whole, being able to anticipate and implement paths in the inevitable process of evolution.

In today's world it is essential to have a digital mentality, it was very evident with the challenges and opportunities for all kinds of product, brand or service that we had to face worldwide due to the pandemic.

How could a leader live in a world of automation without having a digital mindset?

The necessary skills begin with a mind that is open and flexible to change. To this we add great curiosity, creativity, innovative mentality, credibility, empathy, networking, speed in decision making to implement what works and discard what does not contribute to our objectives.

Finally, I would only add that a good leader will operate within the framework of teamwork, in a collaborative manner, and will spread her enthusiasm in the adoption of new tools, processes and methodologies.
