Microsoft Teams to receive a new dynamic view feature in March

The use of the Microsoft Teams platform has increased over the past 10 months, driven by the pandemic. More than 115 million people choose Teams for their daily service use, both for work meetings and for attending virtual classrooms.

Microsoft will be including a very practical update to the platform for presenting projects, files, or giving presentations to attendees. A new dynamic view will be available in March. This new view allows Teams users to share content with participants more effectively and engagingly.

Microsoft Teams: Dynamic Content

Dynamic content, such as earnings reports, slide presentations, or videos, can be displayed alongside other speakers. Currently, in Teams, video streams of other participants are small when people share their screens or give presentations. Microsoft’s gallery view for Teams will automatically optimize with this new view, and users will be able to customize it to enhance their viewing experience.

Additionally, this update will more clearly highlight active speakers and people who have virtually raised their hands, allowing participants to place people next to the dynamic content. Originally introduced in July, this new dynamic view will be available to all Microsoft Teams users in March, according to Microsoft’s 365 product roadmap.
