2. Connect with your team through Teamflect

One-on-one meetings are a critical tool for team members to shape their relationships—including status reviews, annual plans, mentoring relationships, and more. Teamflect evaluates your connections with other colleagues and allows you to record follow-up notes and feedback from your conversations with your teammates.

It especially focuses on one-on-one conversations between managers and their teams, which is why it has tools that help structure growth plans for all members.

3. Poll the meeting audience with Slido

Encourage conversation or adapt your tone according to the mood of the audience. Slido is a polling tool that you can integrate during your meeting to keep people engaged during the meeting. It supports multiple question types, including word clouds, multiple choice questions, quizzes and grades, and options to pause during a meeting to generate more engagement from that audience.

4.Make a small cut with Breakthru
