This time, we introduce you to a new solution that combines communications, knowledge, learning, resources, and insights into one experience, promoting a philosophy where people and their teams have the necessary tools to give their best from anywhere, Microsoft Viva. It is important to mention that this new release is available through Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications. Through Microsoft Teams, Viva Connections is a single entry point for employee engagement and internal communications. In this module, leaders can connect with their teams through general meetings, and they will have access to all kinds of content: news, policies, company benefits, resource groups, or employee communities they wish to join through the integration of Viva with Yammer. It also offers personalized feeds and dashboards to help you find the resources you need both in Viva and other applications in your virtual workspace. Additionally, the content can vary according to different positions within the company. According to Microsoft, most workers say the pandemic has raised their levels of burnout, so the company emphasizes the importance of helping users disconnect and make the most of their most scarce resource: time. With access through Microsoft Teams, Viva Insights helps employees stay connected with their colleagues and schedule special times for regular breaks, focused work, and learning. This module provides individuals, managers, and leaders with personalized and actionable insights, protected by privacy, to help progress the organization's members. It also brings new personal wellbeing experiences, insights, and recommended actions from Workplace Analytics and MyAnalytics into people's workflow in Microsoft Teams. Viva Learning allows learning to become a natural part of both the employee's daily routine and the company's culture. With this module, employees can find and share training courses, microlearning content, and more. Additionally, managers get the necessary tools to assign these learning courses and monitor if their teams have completed them, promoting a culture of learning. The task of finding the content or information we need at the right moment is a tedious process. As a solution, Microsoft introduces Viva Topics. This module allows organizations to leverage their knowledge and provide it to people within the applications they use daily. Microsoft proposes that we think of Viva Topics as a Wikipedia with AI superpowers for your organization. By using AI, it automatically organizes the company's content and experience into categories such as "projects," "products," "processes," and "clients." There's no need to search for information anymore. Viva Topics automatically presents topic cards while people work in applications like Office, SharePoint, and Teams. When people click on a card, a page appears with related documents, videos, and people associated with the topic of interest.
